I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing as we had a family room with 2 bedrooms, providing ample space and cupboard storage. The rooms were well-furnished with all the necessary amenities. The service was top-notch with friendly staff who even shared funny anecdotes. The location was very good, offering a choice of beds and parasols on the beach. The dining experience was plentiful with a wide variety of options. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had good air conditioning, making for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The service provided by Carla at the beach bar and Daniel, the restaurant manager, was exceptional, although some staff seemed overworked. The location in Santa Maria was decent, with well-kept gardens, two pools, and beach access. The dining options were satisfying, offering good quality food, despite limited choices. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the pleasant stay.
The villa I stayed in was spotless and comfortable, with a slightly tired decor but still perfectly acceptable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always topping up drinks and making sure we were looked after. The location was lovely, never crowded, but the area behind the bar seemed disorganized and needed more attention. The dining experience varied, with good options but some room for improvement. Overall, a great stay with friendly service and a comfortable room.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite overlooking the main pool was a delightful stay. The room was spotless with a constant replenished free minibar, a bottle of red wine, and chocolate treats on arrival. The 'Level' guests had exclusive access to a quieter pool tended by the fantastic William and Alicia who were incredibly attentive. The dining options were impressive, especially the Italian restaurant Pasta Nostra by the pool. However, the WiFi connectivity in our villa near the main reception was inconsistent, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and included a coffee pod machine with endless top-ups. Special thanks to Marizia for ensuring we never wanted for anything, including bottled water, coffee, and beach towels. 'Level' guests had access to their quieter pool section with bar service by the fantastic William and little Alicia, who were always attentive. The four restaurants served high-quality food, with the Italian restaurant, Pasta Nostra, standing out as a favorite. The beach 'O' rest offered a chargrill menu with special Sushi & Lobster experiences, both included in the Level upgrade. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite was stunning, overlooking the main pool and always stocked with a free minibar and delightful treats on arrival.
